Find out that legislative body or individual holding a public office stonewalled hate crimes legislation.
Spread the word if you know about (or operate) a program, nonprofit, or youth-serving organization inclusive regarding race or sexual identity or immigration status or any one of a number of characteristics that make people vulnerable.
